IN MEMORY OF DR. DEAN LEBEAU

Veterinarian

Dr. Lebeau was Dr. Butera's vet when she was a young girl and was the one that hired her for the emergency clinic in 1986. She is so honored to have known him and have him as a mentor for so many years. He was with us when we opened Elm Ridge Animal Hospital (currently Canal Fulton Jackson), but formally retired (again) in 2008. A freak accident in his home took his life in 2011. Any client that knew Dean would tell you he was the best and most caring vet there had ever been. Any person that knew Dean, even for a moment, would tell you he was a very special person full of love and compassion and the spirit of the Lord. St. Francis believed that every creature great and small, pet or person, should be treated as if they were Christ Himself. No one lived that philosophy better than Dean. It is a great loss that he left us too soon, and prayers to his family forever.
